1. Platform Role. Orevia is a marketplace connecting verified buyers, sellers, mandates, refineries, security companies and trade agents. Orevia facilitates introductions and workflow tools but is not a party to any trade agreement between members.

2. Eligibility. Accounts require KYC verification and an active subscription appropriate to your role. Orevia may suspend accounts that fail compliance checks or violate these terms.

3. Subscriptions & Payment. Plan fees are billed annually or monthly as selected at checkout. Payments are accepted via USDT TRC20, mobile money, card or bank transfer. Fees are generally non-refundable once KYC review has started.

4. Listings & Conduct. Members are responsible for the accuracy of listings, requests and profile information they post, and must not use the platform for unlawful trade, including trade in conflict minerals lacking required certification.

5. Liability. Orevia provides the platform "as is" and disclaims responsibility for the outcome of any transaction, escrow arrangement or third-party service booked through a listed partner.

Data we collect. Registration details (name, company, email, phone, country), KYC documents, transaction and messaging metadata, and payment references such as USDT transaction hashes.

How we use it. To verify identity and eligibility (KYC/AML), operate the marketplace, process subscription payments, and communicate account and compliance updates.

Sharing across the platform. Basic registration fields (name/company, role, plan, country, contact details) are visible to Orevia administrators reviewing applications, since this demo stores member records in shared application storage rather than a private per-user database.

Retention. KYC documents and AML records are retained as required by applicable financial-crime regulations. You may request account deletion via support, subject to compliance record-keeping obligations.

Security. Messaging is presented as end-to-end encrypted within the app; documents are handled by our compliance team under access controls.

All Orevia members are screened against FATF, UN, EU and OFAC sanctions lists prior to KYC approval. Automated monitoring applies to transactions and subscription payments at or above the $10,000 threshold.

Conflict minerals. Tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold (3TG) listings require ITSCI or RCM chain-of-custody certification consistent with OECD due-diligence guidance for conflict-affected and high-risk areas.

Source-of-funds. Sellers and refineries must declare the legitimate source of minerals offered; buyers and agents must declare source of funds used for subscription and transaction payments.

Reporting. Suspicious activity is escalated to the Admin Panel's compliance queue for manual review, and accounts may be suspended pending investigation.
